Power exists in a variety of forms, yet leaders often ignore the world's most powerful force: love. Love draws in, unites, empowers, inspires, builds up, reconciles, forgives, protects, trusts, gives hope and perseveres. It shouldn't surprise us then that the greatest leader taught volumes on this topic. Jesus of Nazareth spoke about love's ability to redeem and change.

At the heart of National Student Leadership lies the dream that leaders, young and old, can exchange their thoughts on all Jesus' teachings. Ideally this is accomplished without divisions or stereotypes. NSL gatherings are designed to provide a place for this kind of dialogue in the hope that our leaders will be both enlightened and empowered.

The Student Weekend
Following the National Prayer Breakfast, students travel from Washington D.C. to Carrol Valley, PA to gather for a time of reflection and discussion surrounding leadership.  This is a great opportunity to come together in a more casual environment and form relationships among peers.
