congressional fellows program
The Congressional Fellows Program is a two-month summer opportunity for current undergraduate students (aged 18-24). A small group of 35 students are selected each year to live, work and learn together in Washington, D.C. Fellows live in the Cornerstone Intern House with other students working in D.C. and intern in Congressional offices or with other organizations in the D.C. area.
Each week, the fellows’ schedule includes community service activities, interning three days a week, and leadership training/teaching days. Congressional internship opportunities provide interns with a firsthand look at the inner workings of our nation’s leadership. One day a week will be focused on learning about the leadership model of Jesus of Nazareth through time spent with various Congressmen, Ambassadors, or other leaders. Overall, an intern can expect a dynamic and unique summer internship experience that will enrich their mind, heart, and resume.
